Are you a home inspector or appraiser?
No. We do not provide home inspections, appraisals, code certifications, or structural evaluations. We provide practical pre-listing preparation support focused on presentation, organization, cleaning, repairs, vendor coordination, and photo readiness.
Do you do the work yourselves or coordinate vendors?
Both. Depending on the scope, Home 4 Sale Services may perform certain prep tasks directly and coordinate outside vendors for specialized work. Regulated trades and specialized work are handled by properly qualified professionals where required.
Can you work with my Realtor?
Yes. With your permission, we can share prep plans, updates, timelines, and final readiness notes with your Realtor.
Can you help if I am out of town?
Yes. Out-of-town sellers are a strong fit for our service. We can coordinate approved work, provide updates, and help prepare the home for listing when you cannot manage everything locally.
How do payments work?
Payment terms depend on the project scope. Walkthroughs are typically paid upfront. Larger projects may require a deposit, milestone payments, and written change orders for additional work. Vendor and material costs are clarified in the written scope before work begins.
